1. Ultraviolet
Normal sudoku rules apply (fill each row, column, and 3x3 box with the digits 1-9 once each), and all clues are standard.
Arrows: the sum of the digits along an arrow is equal to the digit in the connected circle, and these digits can repeat if allowed by other rules.
Digits in cells separated by a white dot are consecutive.
Digits in cells separated by a black dot have a 1:2 ratio.
Very rough difficulty estimate: 3/10

2. Rings of Power, by Scott Strosahl (Substack, YouTube)
Normal sudoku rules apply (fill each row, column, and 3x3 box with the digits 1-9 once each), and all clues are standard.
Cages: the sum of the digits inside each cage is equal to the small number in the top left corner, and digits cannot repeat within a cage.
German whispers: along green lines, digits differ from their neighbors by at least 5.
Very rough difficulty estimate: 5/10

3. Casting About
Two notes: first, read the rules carefully, especially the part in bold. Second, I’ve been providing links to non-fog versions of fog puzzles to accommodate different preferences and platforms that don’t support fog, and have done so again here, but be aware that this is a puzzle where the lack of fog lowers the difficulty pretty substantially.
Normal sudoku rules apply (fill each row, column, and 3x3 box with the digits 1-9 once each).
Correctly placed digits clear the fog around them.
Arrows: the sum of the digits along an arrow is equal to the digit in the connected circle, and these digits can repeat if allowed by other rules. Arrows do not cross or overlap, and all arrow sums are single-digit. All arrows occupy at least three cells (not including the circle).
Diagonal sums: numbers outside the grid give the sum of the digits along the indicated diagonal. These digits can repeat if allowed by other rules.
Very rough difficulty estimates (fog versions): 9/10, 7/10
