Feel free to double-check my math, but I’m pretty sure 135 is a multiple of 45, which means it’s time for another special edition, with bonus puzzles and hints for all!
I couldn’t help but think, Timberwolf….. Classic James…. Just lovely geometry. This pack has come at the right time for me as my first daughter at 10 days is back in hospital. I needed some artisanal relaxations.
Lovely set again this week, thank you. Re illustrated hints: I very rarely use the hints while solving, but almost always check the hints once I've finished to see how I could have done it more easily - they are a great learning tool and I've improved significantly in the past few months. I find the text is usually sufficient, although I have occasionally needed to replay a puzzle to remind me what the grid looked like at the point where I've missed a really helpful deduction . The two illustrations this week were great examples of when pictures are most valuable - it would have taken a lot of careful words to explain the key geometric relationships with as much clarity, and in both cases I could see easily where I had only partially utilized the clues at those points.
Scenic Route - 4:46 - Loved it! Always enjoy fog puzzles, and this was no exception! So smooth all the way through.
Roadblocks - 6:12 - The initial population of the whisper line was quite interesting, and another very smooth solve, very enjoyable!
Silent Partner - 20:46 - I really didn’t think I was going to make it through this one without a hint, but I did! Careful selection of things to color really helped here, amazing puzzle!
Timberwolf - 8:41 - Wonderful flow around the grid, another smooth solve for me, loved it!
True or False - 28:14 - Okay, that was BRUTAL. 😅 I’m actually happy with the fact that I only needed ONE small hint about looking at the corners of the grid after I determined the center box and the adjacent ones, but still… it never let up! Amazing puzzle, really enjoyed it.

Almost made it through this week without any hints, maybe next week! Awesome set of puzzles, as always!
Heh, well, it is what it says on the label: another puzzle I enjoyed [that] week. I certainly get that there's a lot going on in the rules, but (as always with Marty) the puzzle ties it all together pretty brilliantly. But if it's not for you, it's not for you 😁
True or False is one of my favourite puzzles from you EVER!
Wow, thanks so much!

Oh, wow, sorry to hear about that. Hoping for the best for your daughter.
All home and well
That's great!
Not sure I’m quite ready for true or false, mind.
Total of 2:07:50 from 6:05 - 21:48 - 9:52 - 6:23 - 1:23:42
Again, impossible to tell where I was caught, right? haha
Haha, oof! Appreciate that you stuck with it though 😁
Just writing in to say True or False was maybe the most beautiful puzzle of yours i've done yet-- and i've been doing them for a year or more!
Wow, that's really cool to hear, thanks so much!

Getting to this a bit early this week!

Rat Run is on the list of “way too many rules” for me to want to start it. But I’m open to being convinced why I should try it.
So far though up to that point it’s been a fun set including the other recommendations.

I want to try it! I just like driving right in. I’ll check it out.
Now true and false ? That was AMAZING FUN.
I’m missing something with Qodec’s Ele-en puzzle. It seems to me there are two solutions?
Why does a solution with 431265 across the top row also satisfy the ruleset? The Sudokupad solution checker says this is not the valid solution.
I couldn’t solve this puzzle without bifurcating, and after going through that process twice, I ended up with two seemingly valid solutions.
Okay I finally spotted a 2/3 adjacency in this solution. Very clearly I missed some important logic somewhere, but I never learned where.
